Filled with the painterly quality of irregular shapes and punctuated by an unexpected accent color that brings a bit of earthiness to an otherwise glam sensibility, Sol has the energy and feeling of the vintage book cover that inspired it. Part of designer Alfredo Paredes’ first collection for Patterson Flynn, every part of this Tibetan hand-knot is meticulously crafted, with a wool ground that contrasts with the sharp, clean lines of the bright blue wool-and-silk motif. The brown accent, meanwhile, is made of undyed wool.
